Pros
The company is a good company if you are at the right location. Very political in nature. If you are in the in crowd you are golden. If you are not apart of the inner circle you might as well be happy in your position or use it as a developing tool.
Cons
Senor leadership is all about you kissing the right behind. It's not what you know but rather who likes you.
