Commission on sales available each month in addition to sales contests and other incentives; enough tiers of supervision, turnover, and a large enough employer to give opportunities for advancement, great people to work with.

Cons

Although we mostly talk with people who are already Pepsi customers, we are still trying to sell them products they wouldn't normally order, which can be stressful for some people; can have some irate inbound calls from customers; job is extremely repetetive.
