Pros

The benefit is very good and you get to be promoted to a managerial post if you are hardworking. The salary for a sales person is based on salary and commission.

Cons

You will have to work late if you are in sales and most time you will work weekends.you will have to be able to lift at least up to lbs of product

Pros

Large stable company, great benefits, pay is above average for basic general labor.

Cons

Heavy, tedious, labor intensive back breaking work at a sprint pace for 8-12 hours a day. Work every single weekend. Having all your work thoroughly examined by sales reps only to complain no matter how well you do. Being constantly talked down to by grumpy store managers who acts like you're trespassing when attempting to service the accounts.

Pros

Large company, good learning opportunities. Company still supplied health care though it came at a much higher cost. Nationally recognized brands with Lays, Fritos and Doritos.

Cons

Verbal support for home time but not seen in person. Health care costs and long term health care changes big impact to family. Stopped offering stock incentives in 2011.
