Pros

It is great as a part time job for a college student. Do not plan a career with this company.

Cons

#1 reason: no longevity raises. Everyone gets the same minimum cost of living raise every year, and the starting pay goes up to match. You will never make more than than the guy that started two weeks ago. The only way to make more is to get a promotion. These "higher" positions are few and far between with low turnover. You must be a manager's buddy to be considered for these positions. The pay is actually low considering you work random 2nd shift hours, weekends, holidays, in a non-climate controlled warehouse. You work until the job is done, which could be a 4 hour shift or a 14 hour shift. If you want to control your future, do not work here. If you don't mind hanging around for years trying to outlive your manager so you can get a promotion and make livable wages, then join the Fortune 50 company that pays convenience store wages.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, able to have some level of independence being on the road on your own, ability to earn extra incentives

Cons

No work/life balance, do not take this job if you have a young family especially if your spouse also works, you will work 14-15 hour days if you want to get everything done that management asks of you and then come home to read all of your emails and prepare for the next day for 1-2 hours, you work all holidays do not let them tell you that you are able to 'work ahead' to be able to take them off - it is not possible with the work load, you will work mandatory saturdays also, you are simply an order-taker and free labor for the customer to stock their shelves not a sales person, most customers are uneducated and miserable and want to make your life miserable as well, management is only concerned about numbers and scorecards and do not care about the well-being of their employees.

Pros

The pay is good especially with the overtime. Benefits are decent even though they aren't as good as they used to be.

Cons

The management is some of the worst management I have ever encountered. They are all talk and no action. The equipment we use is garbage and it takes forever to fix a problem if they decide to fix it. Management will lie to you, promising you something but then they won't furfill those promises. The overtime sometimes is too much.
