      There are rooms to grow but you need to work hars

      Pros

      There are definite rooms to grow They have a good compensation including Share Power (stock option for all employees) There is a good on-boarding program

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours quite frequently. It can be stressful because multi-tasking is not uncommon. Also, priorities keep changing, resulting in flavor-of-the-month approach.

      Great entry-level leadership experience for someone right out of college Big company name and leadership training pulls some weight at other companies Extremely high manager turnover makes for a fast track for promotions

      Talked about if you work less than 10 hours a day Primary job is fire-fighting; no time to work on real projects to improve the business Your career and development are at best a secondary consideration They move managers between departments and shifts without notice or discussion
