Pros

PepsiCo has women in leadership roles, the brands are strong, smart people work there so you can learn from one another, and many moms work there who want a good work-life balance.

Cons

Given the low numbers of minorities in senior-level positions, I recommend seeking a more diverse employee base beyond Customer Service. You realize the glass ceiling as soon as you arrive, which is not very inspiring. There are plenty of smart, ambitious, motivated minorities beyond the few schools they target who can bring diversity of thought and culture to the table.

The people there have true pride in the brand.

Cons

I will never work in a Union environment again. I was neutral, near sympathetic towards Unions prior to joining Tropicana. No longer.
