Good people, management not inline with current market.

Cons

Communication Different requirements for different markets. A lot of job requirements outside of your normal job duties Every team of management was scared for there job. Upper management was not aligned with the workers in the front line.

Pros

People focused, organized, opportunity to grow, leadership empowerment, diversified in all aspects.

Cons

Needs to expands its benefits a little bit more and not cut on them to save money which they already make. Their profits can not come from cutting on people's retirement benefits or salaries. Salaries are good but I think they feel is too much for the job a front manager performs.
