Pros

Good experencie selling business to business. The job offers a little flexbility just one needs to be off work for any reason. Frit-Lay offers a small family type atmosphere.

Cons

The bulk start time which is generally between 2am and 4am can really be burden. With regard to customers you will often feel as if you work for customer instead of the company.

The money is good. You get weekends off.

Cons

The stress is very high. You either have stores mad because too much overstock or your bosses mad because not enough. Pepsi only cares about money not about the relationships with the stores.
