Quality product, service & passionate people. Great Fortune 100 - sales/Leadership training & foundation for future opportunities. Diverse company with ample advancement opportunity.

Cons

Compensation-below average. Benefits-good but costly. Work/life balance-very poor. Advancement opportunity but not based on performance. Politicals & perceptions shape your career...not your reality & performance.

Pros

Excellent sales training, people were given true responsibility for account base and not very much micro-management. Work/life balance was discussed as a montra, but the workload basically overpowered any balance. However, very flexible with work from home schedule.

Cons

You must find a sponsor at the HQ. No employee without sponsorship at the HQ gets very far relative to promotions.
