Okay benefits and some occasional free chips.

Cons

Extremely physically and mentally demanding job. Pay is alright but you work 11 - 14 hour days and your work day starts anywhere fro 1am - 4am. Management is a never ending rotation of people and they all expect you to hit unrealistic sales goals. Terrible support from management and upper management.

PepsiCo needs to review salary, band grade, and bonus structures

Flexibility and great people to work with

Cons

Lack of bonus. ALL levels of finance management affect the bottom line. That should be recognized through a year end bonus. Grade levels are inconsistent - similar jobs across functions are graded differently. BRING BACK SHAREPOWER!!! Work load continues to increase, when it has been heavy for years.
