I had a good manager, never a problem with payroll, consistent, it's Pepsi!

Cons

Super work load, it's quite hard work, always lifting, moving, setting up displays very early mornings.

Pros

Decent pay and good health insurance. Being on your own 95% of the time is definitely a plus too

Cons

I dont even know where to begin. Ive been working for pepsi for over 6months now and i feel there are many things wrong. Like another review mentioned, the higher guys are sooo worried about the scores and numbers they get that they dont even care what you go through in your shift or just throughout the day. If you wanna work as a merchandiser get ready for being paid half overtime and being expected to die for pepsi. And lastly basically no social life, you'll just be so tired after your long shifts that youre just gonna knock out once youre home and wake up at 5am the next day and do the same again.
