      Good Experience but not set for Long term Development

      Experience you get and Brands you work with

      Cons

      Not set up for Long term development. Top priority is running routes. You feel as if you are a RSR and not DSL. Turnover is not slowing down. People come and in and people come out, for both RSR and DSLs. If your looking for a company with a great culture the frontline is not it. Can't speak for other departments.

      Declining Industry

      Pros

      -Go directly from home to territory. -Rarely have to go to facility. -Freedom to come and go as you please as long as work is accomplished. Minimal supervision.

      Cons

      -Industry on heavy decline overall. -Management clueless to what actually goes on in field. Only concerned with following corporate rollouts. -Advancement opportunity very limited. Not based on performance. Promotions given mostly to employees from "campus hire" program. -Consumer trends showing extreme decrease in demand for products offered. Most likely major corporate re-structuring will be needed at some point to cut costs by eliminating positions.

      Pros

      Good competitive pay and opportunity for growth across many disciplines in the company.

      Cons

      Constant "productivity" challenges has created an environment where you cannot hire opens, cannot train new, and cannot experience and see emerging technologies/capabilities which results in poor performance and low morale. Also a very consensus based organization which directs all decisions to the top versus empowering middle management to make decisions and work autonomously.
