better than average pay, ok benefits, retirement plan and pension
Cons
Some of the routes take more time to do than other routes. Unfortunately, every thing here is based on seniority, so for those with a short amount of time in or just starting DEAL WITH IT! IT GETS BETTER WITH MORE TIME! In my personal opinion the past few years have been a struggle for us given the economy being crappy. Management does't seem to take this into account when looking at numbers. The sales just aren't there at the moment.
