Really good pay & benefits. . . On paper, anyway

Cons

Back-breaking labor for the CDL holders. No accountability in the warehouse. Drivers expected to re-pallatize collapsed product even while still on the yard. Drivers responsible for keeping track of payments and will be docked pay if route isn't reconciled. Jalopy trucks for an organization that claims to be a $6B/yr company. Post an actual schedule somewhere other than Facebook so your guys can plan their lives outside of work.

If you can finish your route quick enough to enjoy the rest of your day! But that won’t happen till 3 years in.

Cons

Any and everything!! Management is dumber then a box of rocks with no common sense. Plant Manager is and over educated dumbo with zero experience on how to run a plant. Routes are all over the place within 50 miles
