Pros
Training was outstanding. I have also been impressed with how involved management has been during my probation.
Cons
Don't really have anything negative to say about the company other than being forced to use my vacation days that I received on days that I didn't really want because there was nothing left available. I started August 29th and received 4 days. I understand that there is a bid and only so many people can be off but I would have much rather been able to roll them over or have them paid out. I had to take them on days that my wife is working so it feels like a waste. I appreciate getting them though.
