Pros

A lot of opportunities to grow and priority assignments given at entry level positions. You are given the challenges are asked to take them head on while balancing many other things, it really is an interview to show whether you are up for the demanding role.

Cons

work-life balance will always be a struggle once hired on, if you're okay with working Mon-Fri and having weekends to yourself. You'll be at home here, if you value doing things during the week.. You may lose some sleep.

Pros

This review is for the Frito-Lay side of the house. I am an engineering student who was looking for a job where I could use my problem solving skills but not be stuck on CAD software all day. This was the perfect internship for someone with a technical background but who wants to be in a management role. -Great Pay ($22.31/hr) -Meaningful Projects -If hired full time a lot of opportunity for advancement -Working with intelligent experienced individuals -A lot of freedom in doing what you want with your project -Support from your leaders -Very flexible in the hours you work -Really enjoyed the other interns I worked with

Cons

-If hired full time and you want to be successful it appears your work life balance is not the greatest. -Company did not organize many events for the interns to do outside of working on their project -Needs a better on-boarding program for interns. (would be nice to see from potato to self kind of ordeal before we get working on our projects) -Was informed they got rid of pension plan (doesn't give you a lot of reason not to switch companies mid career) -Was told upper management with a lot of years are being forced out (which is scary for someone looking to make a long term career with this company)
