      I've been working for PRUSA for around 6 years and not once have thought about working anywhere else.

      Pros

      Its really cool to get a chance to work with truly iconic, world class brands! I've also had the chance to travel oversees for work, which is something that i've always wanted to do, and this company has made it a priority to do that every couple of years.

      Cons

      I believe if you want to make a job, a career, you have to work hard.. this is expected at Pernod Ricard, and I actually prefer it that way.

      Limited entry-level positions & opportunities for junior employees. Similarily to other French companies, there is strong favoritism towards French employees.

      Pros

      Culture (convivial, team focus, yet performance driven), amazing brands with a premium positioning, potential for career development including international, training, competitive compensation and awesome benefits. Definitively, the best company I ever worked at.

      Cons

      Very intense, at times too many projects being managed at same time, sense of urgency for most projects. Some brands are being challenged in the marketplace and the company needs to bring successful innovations or acquisitions.
