Unable to prioritize leading to employee burnout Very flat structures in terms of personal growth and advancement - often the only way to get promoted is to change function New leadership frequently Burn through ideas quickly (every new person needs to make their own mark) which causes a lot of issues with brands that aren't as well established and a lot of extra work
