Strong brands, good fondamentals. And nice offices in central Paris!

Cons

Lots of internal politics at HQ, with a very different culture from affiliates. Many ex-consultants have been recruited, spreading a New disconnected culture. The group has trouble facing the economic turmoil and transforming itself. Opportunities to grow within the group have become scarse.

Terrible senior management and leadership. No work life balance if you're working in finance. You're expected to work late constantly. Badgering from certain senior managers, which will affect your mental health eventually.
