Really cool company, and fun brands. Well established around the world, with great development initiatives for star employees. Awesome perks outside working hours, if you like drinking.

Cons

Having so many brands is sometimes tough to prioritise.

Fun, ambitious, young, creative, passionate team. I learned a lot about working for a large, global matrix company. If you work hard and fit in with the team there is great potential to develop within the global business.

Cons

Lots of internal reporting, some politics between departments get in the way of getting stuff done, you sometimes get the feeling of working in a bubble of the spirits world / Pernod Ricard world.
