Hands down the best culture of companies I've worked for so far. Pernod Ricard is a place where people seek the best but with a smile and no attitude. There is respect for the individual, good benefits, and career opportunities. I'm proud to work at Pernod Ricard and feel my job is not only appreciated but what I do makes a difference. Ideas are listened to and if they are good it will happen. I'd happily recommended Pernod Ricard as a place to work any day.

Cons

Pay may be less than average but hopefully offset in future opportunities to progress within the company.
