      Very collaborative work environment Extremely informational program that aims to teach you about the industry and the inner workings of the company

      Cons

      During my tenure it was fully remote so for a college entry program it was difficult adjusting at the beginning

      Pros

      Great Work Life Balance. Was Fully remote because was employed during covid. Had the option to go into the office, when it existed.

      Cons

      Massive Company so going through multiple different departments to accomplish a singular task was often neccesary and could lead to slower deliverables.
