      Had great opportunities . With company split not sure what is going to happen. People oriented, great for young talent

      Heavy on its corporate layer with no real empowerment. Company is going into the right direction

      Pros

      I am working in Philips since 2009. What I like in Philips is that you are free to share your opinion with managers. If you perform, the company invests on you both in terms of responsibilities and in terms of learning. Salaries are competitive but not the highest in the industry.

      Cons

      There's too much of politic. The company doesn't grow and doesn't move fast enough compared to the market. It takes ages to take each decision. If you wanna apply for an internal vacancy you need a sponsor, otherwise no one will call you up for an interview.
