      Good Life balance; Nice place to work; Nice people; No toxic managers or Hrs Many perks like free cab; free limited food Decent salary compared with industry

      Cons

      Very bad for learning new things Most people are into management than technology There are very few young minds in this company when it comes to technical roles and coding Company is not doing good in recent years, so salary hikes are very bad less than 5% for above average performer
