      Comparatively better work culture and work life balance

      Cons

      Works like a government entity, governed by process. Nothing ever moves here, Projects take years to reach to market, or most of them are dropped in middle, No Innovation, just struggling for survival. Seniors don't work and don't let others do work. People are here for 20+ years dictating their terms in maintaining status quo and challenging every attempt of change. Very old and outdated tech, with no one willing to upgrade and change/adapt.
