      Overall its good, bit slow on the process side, architects need to do architecture work not the managerial work.

      Pros

      Quality of work is good but again depends on project assigned. Salary is better than service companies. Short term travel opportunities. Unlimited sick leave.

      Cons

      Management layer is too thick. Also less leaders and more managers. Bangalore management is scared of Netherlands management always.

      Good place for people who need a job to support a family

      Pros

      Good climate, relaxed colleagues, relatively good pay. The work-life balance is very good and the management is supportive to coworkers who are raising a family. There is virtually no pressure to go beyond the individual comfort zone (which for me is more of a "con")

      Cons

      Many things a done because "we always did it this way". The reasons for restructuring, changes etc... are not properly communicated, sometimes the work force is left with the impression that nothing depends on them.
