Thank you for saying a few words about the 2 years you've worked at Philips in Chicago. We're glad to hear that you were content with the compensation offered and with the car that was provided. Of course, it's regrettable to hear that your work/life balance could have been better. Our senior management is also reading all Glassdoor reviews and will make sure that your feedback regarding the work load is noted. We wish you all the best for the future.

Pros

Flexible hours. Supportive colleagues. A great place to kick-off your technical healthcare career. Encourages progression/transition to different roles. Central office. Hot seats only to encourage and diversify your network within the organisation.

Cons

Frequent organisational changes. Lots of processes and workflows that sometimes kill efficiency. Office has bare minimum welfare perks. Hot seats - gives opportunity to network but also makes me feel unrooted/lack of belonging (subjective)
