Good pay, good health/dental/vision insurance, 401, paid time off, annual bonus, company car, fitness club reimbursement, and most importantly working on state of the art technology.

Cons

On top of one's normal duties, they are expected to sell consumables. You are constantly made to feel insecure regarding employment status. Shift rotation,...ugh,... It just doesn't work.
