Pros

Home based. Travel to customer engagements. Travel can be manageable if you know what your doing. Mostly local travel. Always challenging work in that you work with customers resolving technology challenges within Healthcare IT. Management allows you to self manage your work assuming your a responsible person. Good benefits, constant training, good team work and opportunity to become a key resource for the organization. Good internal advancement opportunities.

Cons

Absolutely nothing negative to say about Philips. By far the best employer I've ever had.

Thank you for your amazingly kind words about our organization. It is much appreciated. We are mostly very glad to hear that we were able to give you the experience our hard working employees deserve. We hope on a long and fruitful business relationship. And please always provide your input, as we hope to create an environment where people can talk freely about ideas and feedback regarding certain aspects of the work. Please also take talking to acquaintances in consideration about us. We’re always looking for talent to join in any of our sectors, and you might perhaps know the perfect fit!

Pros

Great company overall. Employee oriented management. Classes and courses are constantly offered to improve the competitiveness of their employees.

Cons

Bad management decisions for past couple of years reflected some antagonism on mgmt level. It was much better 3 years ago.
