      Transparency about career trajectory, very competitive pay/benefits, strong and healthy corporate culture

      Cons

      Lack of defined responsibilities across different functional teams...understandable given the recent mass changes to due hiring and relocation of large number of employees

      The environment is so welcoming all the way from day 1. They are culturally the best company I have ever worked for. They are always willing to work with your schedule (which is great!)
