      Pros

      In Philips there are great architects who continuously improve the technology. As a software engineer you have the opportunity to try new technologies and very interesting ideas/ designs.

      Cons

      It is a competitive environment. Some peer colleagues do not want to share or they demand, and management does not solve this.

      Pros

      Philips is a good place to work with good work life balance. They are very quick in adopting new technologies. The environment encourages innovation. Decent benefits. Very strong in quality process, lot to learn about quality.

      Cons

      Major org changes in well performing product lines makes stability a question.
