Good working environment. Unlimited sick leaves. People are mostly professsionals
Cons
Salary structure is not good, lot of variables. Most of the time, more work if you work. Lot of people can be seen enjoying the life without working. But when comes to salary both are equal. Unwanted loyalty bonus included in salary, if employee will get conditionally. Always salary for outsider more than insiders.
