People dont hesitate to throw under the bus, there is no proper training for people leaders, so toxic environment. Not matured interms of processes. No proper grooming of people

401k, salary, bonus, personal/professional time management, work from home, and immediate supervision is great.

Cons

Thick and slow change in mid to high management. Resources are scarce and overworked in Technical and Clinical Informatics.
