      Great People, process oriented but not dedicated

      The People who work at Philips are very personable and very happy to help get the work done.

      Cons

      Process oriented even if a process does work we should look at changing it because there are better processes out there. If a new process doesn't work try harder to make it work. If others are doing this process it must work better.

      Company culture is Very slow for project execution. Will get good hike only if you are in good books of Manager.
