Cons

The management is a revolving door and most are inexperienced and lacking. Work life balance is not encouraged. Not the same company from years ago where they cared about their employees. Now it is cut throat and everyone for themselves.

This company does not promote anyone who is not within the “clique”. And if you are in the Colorado location you get all the perks.
