Pros

good work - life balance, bright colleagues, strong R&D, comparatively friendly atmosphere.

Cons

lots of road blocks to growth, growth not based on caliber of work but on networking and politicking, top heavy organization, too much focus on process rather than allowing scientists and engineers to be creative, too many reorganizations.

Having great colleagues to work with in a strong R&D environment sounds like very positive aspects to your work and we're happy to hear that. Our company is indeed in transition and we can imagine that you have seen quite a few changes over the past couple of years. We appreciate all the feedback you've given us and want to thank you for the work you've been doing for us!

Pros

The mission statement states that they are a people's organization and indeed they are. The people are warm, affectionate, helpful and there are a lot of opportunities to learn and increase your skill set.

Cons

Managerial positions have problems when discussing about different solutions as no one person wants to do it the other's way.
