      Pros

      Pay is well aligned to market. Good benefits package. Great clinical support.

      Cons

      Leadership in the medical imaging department is scared for their jobs. As a result, they are limited in their abilities. Several of the "top performing" reps are only successful because they steal business from their colleagues. Sales reports to leadership are mostly fictitious. Over-reliant on salesforce. Most reps miss quota. This product line is a sinking ship.

      Worst healthcare company

      Pros

      Some people are excellent. However, this is a company that fired it's smartest teams to keep the PowerPoint makers.

      Cons

      This company has absolutely no strategy. The generative AI focus they have in marketing is one big lie. They do not have any. If you're a startup and they buy you, I'm sorry: they'll make sure you fail and fire your smartest people. The culture is siloed and toxic. People skills are hardly existent. Avoid unless you're desperate.
