Cons

Lot of politics in appreciation and growth. Management do not appreciate real talent. Racial preferences to colleagues from west and middle east

Career ladder and advancement is available. Management seems to value the opinions of employees and usually try to find solutions.

Cons

Do not compensate enough financially, expect clinicals to perform sales roles without paying them to do that job. Also, working 12 hr days are the norm.
