      Don’t work here you will hate it

      Pros

      The benefits scheme is good that’s about it.

      Cons

      Warehouse group leaders bully staff, don’t stick to their shifts like they are meant to. Spend more time drinking tea and finding ways to sack people then actually working. You have to work 3 shifts unless you are female or are friends or relatives with someone in the office then you can work double days. Moral is at an all time low everybody is running a round trying to do the work of two people due to not being able to keep staff and then it’s still not good enough for them. Most of the warehouse staff are looking for a new job to get away from the company. The warehouse Group Leaders are corrupt and will cover anything up that will show them as being bully’s even stopping you from going to see HR department without them arranging it for you so they can find out what it’s about first.

      Pros

      Can make good money if you out hustle your competition. Good products overall...but failed to meet expectations with a superior DCB that was too late to market and put in the hands of an incapable sales force.

      Cons

      Worst management - particularly Spectranetics No culture or teamwork - be careful who you trust! Does not value professional development Massive layoffs in IGTD **If there is a position open in 2018 it is because the prior rep survived the botched integration of Spectranetics and decided Philips IGTD was doomed**

      Pros

      Definitely some great people working there.

      Cons

      At the time, the company was still focusing on people as to why productivity wasn't up versus looking at the broken processes that needed to be addressed.
