      Pros

      I love the company and it's values. Generous vacation and sick time. Offers full boat insurance, full gym, full cafeteria, onsite doctor appointments, bus passes, extra discounts for businesses outside of the organization.

      Cons

      Reminds me of high school, Managers plays favorites. Any type of IT changes to make the company systems work for you are put onto the back burner for months or years.

      Good pay, good life work balance, excellent co-workers

      Cons

      Concern for shareholders and bottom line profits has caused a great many good quality employees to leave. Upper management has no clue how to keep employees happy

      Pros

      Philips provides a good salary and benefits which are active the same day you join. No 3 month waiting period. They also have a work from home policy for emergencies. They are good at accommodating work-life balance for people with children.

      Cons

      If you don't have children, you won't be considered for the same accommodation. Everyone fends for themselves and there is little in the ways of team atmosphere. Office politics are harsh at any employer, but here, they can make or break your daily experience. They claim to have a rewards program, but points are rarely if ever provided. There are also no opportunities for moving up. Only lateral movement within the company is available.
