Pay is pretty good. Lots of overtime.

Cons

If they ask your opinion don't give it, they really don't care. Go to work when you want. Call in sick frequently, they seem to like that and promote you for being a slacker.

Interesting and ever changing projects, work/life balance, clubs and activities, suburban location

Cons

shutting down lab to move it 200 miles away to urban location, details of the move still up in the air, undervalues senior staff, uses the "carrot on a string" method to motivate rather than something tangible, claims to care about staff but actions show otherwise, shoestring budgets, low morale
