      Pros

      Learn a lot, great mentors, set up meetings with people from all departments to give you a good foundation to help make career decisions.

      Cons

      On boarding process needs work, I showed up the first day was given a tour and a laptop and told to start working. I was told the project later that day, but I had no idea how to clock in, what websites they used, or how to fill out my W4. My manager set up a bunch of meetings for me to learn about the company but they were set up about 2-3 weeks after I started, so I did a lot of research to understand the project and be able to complete my work in the mean time.
