Mostly 9am-5pm working hours. 401k you pay 7%, the company pays 6%. Work-life balance. Easy to talk with high-level management, e.g. site manager.

Cons

Flat structure, you might need long time to wait for promotion. Business performance is so-so, which influenced annual bonus (happened frequently before).
