Pros

The company looks after their employees and often have good, fun opportunities to build relationships with colleagues across the business through various activities. The benefits scheme is of a good standard with good pension contributions, holiday buying/selling and a host of other opportunities through flexible benefits schemes. Colleagues are for the most part, helpful and very friendly as are the MT.

Cons

Limited progression opportunities, seems to be a bit of making but not fulfilling promises on this front. Some elements of a mad scramble at financial checkpoints.
