Pros

Global company, worldwide presence. Different departments and businesses give option to move around.

Cons

This is happening over the past 3 years, before that PH was a great company to work for. Bad management from top down, no cultural diversity especially in management team, managing by suppressing employees careers. Risk averse, saving money is top priority. No market knowledge in growth markets. Employees are treated as laborers and cost factors only.

Pros

Good benefits and fair pay. I have learned so much and have moved up the through the ranks accordingly.

Cons

The service sales organization is very micromanaged. This makes it difficult to think outside of the box. Service marketing needs to be completely overhauled as they have proven absolutely useless as healthcare changes. Too many silos. Not enough cross functional training.
