great people to work with, very smart. There was always someone with great opinions and offered help when needed.

long review process that lasted more than 4 months. very flat organization. there aren't too many promotions.

Pros

Global leading brands with Sonicare and Zoom whitening that Dentists like. Good marketing support and a very innovative company. Great place to get experience so you can move onto something better in the medical/dental sales industry

Cons

Management has set unrealistic sales goals for their sales people which has led to extremely high turnover in the US sales organization. My team has only one person left out of 10 left from when I first joined the organization over a year ago. "It's all about numbers or else" which has led to a toxic environment no matter how unrealistic they are. Management has set unrealistic levels of accountability which has led to a mass exodus over the past year in the sales organization There is very little developmental support outside of your initial training and very little management support with challenges that you may encounter.

Generally great people to work with and great place to start off a career. Has very innovative and great cutting-edge technology.

Cons

It has all the challenges that many big companies face: lots of approvals required for simple changes, lots of duplicate work being done... Also, the company could do a better job of promoting its products better as I hardly see any commercials or advertisements.
