I bet any company with this reputation should do better than this company.

Cons

Previous boss and coworker didn't trust anyone. They complained about everything to escape from their own mistakes and responsibilities. The managers were very manipulative and bureaucratic. Their strategy to motivate me was to threaten and blame me no matter whether I wanted to leave or stay. Showing loyalty or work hard really didn't work since their real problem was their trust and control issue. IP was not respected there unless to protect themselves.

Pros

They had European fashion inspired consumer electronics with great designs and high quality

Cons

Then they turned the business over to the Norelco shavers and Sonicare toothbrush managers that knew absolutely nothing about consumer electronics. Within a few short years they killed the business.
