Pros

Good work life balance. Opportunity to collaborate with people all over the world. Good team dynamics. Opportunity to work independently. No micro-management. Opportunity to work through complete SDLC.

Cons

High performer & average performer get almost same yearly hike. Management doesn't take interest in professional development of the employees.(just get the work done attitude) Many head management hired from service industry, hence work culture slowly becoming like that of service industry. Too process oriented & slow way of working, somewhat like a government office.

Support from the management to take risk, trust employees to take charge of the situation/crisis/issues etc. Competitive salary; Work-life balance; Excellent 401K matching - 50% up to 6% of base salary + 4% additional. a variety of choices for Healthcare insurance plans; employer sponsored life insurance, optional life insurance coverage at a nominal charge; Fitness gym available, fitness reimbursement;

Cons

No employee stock bonus; Salaries could have been a little bit better; Corporate involvement could slow things down; Too much corporate control over business supporting functions - such as IT, finance, procurement functions, etc.
