I'm working with wonderfull colleagues. There is a nice working atmosphere. You have flexible hours as long as the job is done (but this depends of your manager)

Cons

Due to the acquisition with Philips there is currently a lot of uncertainty.

great work life balance, good team atmosphere and working. healthcare industry is robust and growing and philips seems to be investing in the right areas.

Cons

things move a little slow. a lot of processes and red tape make innovating more diffifult. recently philIps has been outsourcing more design work.

Beurocratic, matrix type of organization, a lot of internal poletics, some managers could improve their leadership skills.
