-Flexibility on working hours -Respect to employee -Working globally -Relocation possibilities -Lots of ongoing projects, you can be part of them if you are talented and eager.

Cons

-Changes done all the time blocks your future plans. -Talent Management of HR is lacking, company loosing some skilled employees due to small things. -Salary differences between same grade level

- Philips has a long history of caring for it's employees and the community. - The new focus on Health and a separate Lighting business makes good strategic sense. - Good remuneration - Excellent, high quality products - Strong vision and values

Cons

- Too much consensus-building needed to get things done - Overly complex matrix organization - Transformation fatigue, as there are too many global programs to improve things that are still ongoing - Too many Dutch expats in key positions, less focus on local or international talent
